Privacy notice

1. The data controller

The controller is VAGUE S.R.L., a single-member company, Italian VAT and tax number 14167470963, with registered office at Via Santa Caterina da Siena 38/G, 22066 Mariano Comense (CO), Italy. CLASSIC CAR & COFFE - Italy is a project operated by the company.

2. Information we collect

The quotation form asks for your full name, email, wedding date and region. You may add the location, car style, your role and event details. We also keep subsequent correspondence and your enquiry reference. If you book, we will collect the details needed for the contract, arrangements and invoicing.

The site and technical providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, server requests and technical identifiers to operate and secure the service. See our cookies and technologies page for browser technologies.

Please do not enter health information, identity documents, payment details or other information unnecessary for a quotation in the message field. If you enquire for someone else, share only necessary details and tell them about this notice.

3. Why we use information

• To respond and prepare a quotation: understand your requirements and check availability. The legal basis is taking steps at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• To manage a booking: arrange the service, communicate with you and the provider, receive payment and issue invoices. The bases are performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b), and legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c).
• Security and legal claims: prevent abuse and spam and handle disputes. The basis is the legitimate interest in security and protecting legal rights, Article 6(1)(f), limited to what is necessary and respecting your rights.

The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or ask for marketing consent. VAGUE does not use these details for solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Required and optional information

Fields marked * are required to submit the form and prepare a relevant response. Other fields are optional. You may contact us by email instead; without contact details and essential information we cannot respond or check the service.

5. Who may receive information

Enquiries are stored in Wix Forms and notified to vague.autonoleggio@live.com, using Microsoft Outlook. Authorised VAGUE personnel can access the information. Wix processes form data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum; Microsoft supplies email services under the applicable terms and its privacy statement.

The form does not automatically send enquiries to car rental companies. Our team may share only the details needed with the relevant partner to check availability and, if booked, deliver the service. Administrative and professional advisers and authorities may also receive necessary information where legally required. We do not publish your data.

6. Processing outside the European Economic Area

Providers’ services may involve processing abroad, including in the United States and Israel. Wix’s agreement describes transfers to Wix.com Ltd. in Israel based on an adequacy decision, and onward transfers using standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards. Microsoft’s statement explains its safeguards, including adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and standard contractual clauses.

7. Retention

Enquiries that do not result in bookings are kept for 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. This applies to the copies used by VAGUE, including Wix and email records.

If you book, necessary details are kept to manage the contract and subsequently within applicable tax and administrative retention obligations and limitation periods. Relevant records may be kept until any dispute is resolved. Technical data follows the periods necessary to operate and secure the services under providers’ terms; browser storage is described on the cookies page.

8. Your rights

Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a future activity requires consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.

Email vague.autonoleggio@live.com. We may request only the information needed to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your country.

9. Partner applications and updates

The partner application form currently downloads a summary to your device and does not send it to VAGUE. If you later email it to us, we will use it to respond to your collaboration proposal; without an agreement, the 12-month period after last contact applies.

This notice describes current features. We will provide information before processing for any new purposes.
